Refund Policy

The following policy applies when you purchase a Mixing Night Audio plugin from this website:

You're eligible for a refund up to 14 days after making a purchase, and only if you haven't activated the purchased plugin(s) yet. As soon as you activate the plugins you've bought, you waive your right to get a refund, even when the 14 days aren't over yet.
Note: We offer fully functional 14-day free trials to all our plugins. This gives you plenty of opportunity to try them out and check if they're compatible with your system.
Should you experience technical issues during installation or use of our plugins, we're happy to assist you in resolving those issues. Since our plugins have been extensively tested with all DAWs and systems listed on the product pages, and since you can test all of our plugins before making a purchase, technical issues don't qualify for a refund outside of the scope mentioned above.

If you would like to claim a refund, please send an email to support@mixingnightaudio.com, stating:
  • Your account email
  • The order number related to the refund claim

Should your order qualify for a refund under the aforementioned terms, we will process your claim within 48 hours. The respective amount will be refunded to the same payment option you used when making the purchase. Please keep in mind that, depending on your payment method, funds can take several business days to arrive in your account.
